Thanks for the Cans...Thanks so much for the cans of green beans, corn, and peas which you have brought in to help restock the shelves of the Helping Hands Food Pantry in Miamisburg. We have had a good response and been able to help significantly. Please continue to bring in cans, as you have been doing, as more are still needed.

Acts 4:32 Fund...We have people among us who are economically challenged. If you would like to help with needs in our congregation, feel free to mark your offering envelope for Acts 4. If you have a particular interest in helping with education financial need, please note this also.

Save this Date—All are urged to save Sunday, March 7, for a special premiere event—two advance screenings at 9:30 and 11:00 am of the one-hour movie, “The Adventists,” (see flyer link above) which will soon be released on PBS TV and include some information from our local area. Showings are first come, first served the morning of March 7 at The Cinema de Lux 14 theater at The Greene, with introduction by the film maker.  Bus transportation from Sycamore Glen will be provided, leaving at 8:30 am and returning prior to lunch. Please let Martha Shafer know if you need bus transportation.If you are not able to attend any of the premiere showings, the dates when the film will air on local PBS TV stations are April 11 at 11 p.m. on WCET-TV 48 (www.cetconnect.org) and April 25 at 11 p.m., Think TV 16 (www.thinktv.org).

Stephen Ministry Corner...The Stephen Ministry class meets every two weeks for Supervision & Continuing Education. These are dedicated servants reaching out to others in need. Confidentiality is a top priority for Stephen Ministers. You need not be concerned that other people will discover what you talk about with your Stephen Minister.
